Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed extradited Barkat Ali Oudoum alias BAO to Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh despotique regime, on the 5th April 2021, without a due process. He did not appear in Court to decide on the legality of his extradition bypassing Ethiopia’s own legal process. This is the second time, within a year that Abiy Ahmed government extradites an Asylum seeker without due process to the Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh dictatorship. We, all, saw Lieutenant Fouad Youssouf Ali ( see the attached video of his detention condition ) appalling video detention condition in Gabode prison called cell 12, a one-by-one square meter toilet cell. Monday 8th November 2021 Djibouti Criminal Court sentenced Lieutenant Fouad Ali Youssouf to 10 years imprisonments and 300,000 Djibouti francs fine. The Court, also, awarded 2 million “reparation of the damages suffered by Ismail Omar Guelleh's dictatorship.” Both men, Lieutenant Fouad Ali and Barkat Ali Oudoum, who were in good health, before their incarceration, have now a greatly deteriorated health through constant torture, ill-treatment and deprivation of adequate medical care.
