Dr Adam Bori, Semera University President, was arrested 5 days ago by TPLF military for threatening to expose to publish corruption by a TPLF sponsored Tigrean Company in Afar Killil. The TPLF regime lives in Denial. The Tigreans 6 percenters and the TPLF 40 thieves at the helm want to impose their will to the other 94 % of the Ethiopian nationalities. The TPLF Apartheid regime denied the other 94 % every basics and elementary rights. In TPLF Ethiopia any dissent or a slight criticism is a sentence that can land you either a prison cell or on a death row. In recent waves of discontents in TPLF Ethiopia more than a 1,000 Ethiopians were killed by the regime security forces, in Oromia and Amhara region and across Ethiopia, more than 12,000 Ethiopians were sent to prisons for dissents to be reeducated, in Stalin style TPLF gulags. Some are on a dead row, some are held in prisons, denied trial and denied any legal representation. Even singing is a crime, recently Mafara Mohamed Laale, Afar female poet and artist, was denied her right to freedom of expression and sent to prison by TPLF for exercising that right. In TPLF Ethiopia Denial of transparency and denunciation of corruption by the 40 TPLF thieves is a crime that can land you in a prison cell or worse. Dr Adam Bori found out by applying Benjamin Franklin, one of the USA Founding Father quote: " It is the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority." that in TPLF Denial culture that responsibility is indeed a crime. TPLF has to take heed of this Theodore Roosevelt quote "To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." Be silent will equate to treason and being unpatriotic two highest charges possibles. TPLF regime has chosen the headlong rush towards repression instead of opening up and engaging with 94% of its people. A strategy doomed for failure as asserted by this Harry Truman quote "Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear. Day 741 in detention without a trial : Ahmed Ali Harsa hostage, in the TPLF version of "Things come in Threes." The first adjournment was decided on 6 September 2016, for one month and 20 days (50 days). The trial was scheduled to takes place on 26 October 2016. On November 22, 2016, the TPLF regime decided on a second adjournment of 45 days. This last deadline Ethiopian Justice set for Friday 6th January 2017 has past again without a day in court. Ethiopian Justice missed their own set two previous deadlines. We are, now, contemplating a further third adjournement as they missed the Friday 06 January 2017 one. It is a deliberate act of psychological torture practiced by the dictatorial regimes by lack of independent Justice in these countries. We had the same process with our compatriot Mohamed Ahmed Jabha, in prison, since May 2010 in Djibouti. In the case of Jabha (under constant torture and isolation since May 2010), the dictatorial Issa de Guelleh regime refused to implement the decision of the High Court of Appeal of Djibouti to release Jabha. Two regimes TPLF (Tigre) and RPP (ISSA) in collusion to "Break" the Afar and to partition its land between themselves. The TPLF regime unfairly detains Ahmed Ali Harsa over 741 days, depriving him of all his rights, kept under isolation and even deprived of any family visit. Below are the real reasons for his detention: We all know that Ahmed Ali Harsa is languishing in Ethiopian prisons unfairly. His only crime was to have wanted to earn a living in order to meet his needs and that of his family (a wife and Ten children). The two mafia in Djibouti and Ethiopia are behind his imprisonment for a crapulous reason. Ethnic clientelism in both countries by Issas in Djibouti and Tigrenya in Ethiopia does not tolerate any competition from other ethnic groups in the two countries. For them any economic competition from others must be crushed. The other communities must remain in economic poverty to exercise their domination. The Djiboutian and Ethiopian authorities are complicite in his arrest. There is nothing fortuitous in his incarceration. Ismail Omar Guelleh is also responsible for Mohamed Ahmed Jabha imprisonment since May 2010. Almost 7 years in solitary confinement. It is well documented that Jabha is subjected to constant horrendous torture. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh dictator regime is refusing to release him even after a Court decision. The denial of Justice is second nature to TPLF Ethiopia and RPP Issa regimes. ( Denial is the river in TPLF Ethiopia NOT in Egypt ). The Djibouti Government is not going to lift the small thumb to help him. An Afar who wants to rise from poverty and set himself economically is dangerous to Ismail Omar Guelleh, Issa Governement. So to deter other they let him languish in Prison without trial 741 days. We urge the Ethiopian Government to put an end to our compatriot's ordeal. #FreeAhmedAliHarsa #FreeMafaraMahamedLaale #FreeMohamedAhmedJabha #FreeDrAdamBori Mohamed Hassan Denial is the river in TPLF Ethiopia, NOT in Egypt! Son crime, c'est d'avoir demandé un travail pour nourrir sa jeune famille. Le régime Issa de Gouled/Guelleh qui depuis 40 années pratique la politique d'Apartheid et de la terre brûlée contre l'Afartustan est, encore une fois, fidèle à lui-même. Ce régime Issa de Gouled/Guelleh qui se targue régulièrement de succès économique nous démontre qu'il n'a pas d'emploi à offrir aux Djiboutiens.
