Day 494 in prison for Barkat Ali Oudoum in Djibouti jails.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed extradited Barkat Ali Oudoum alias BAO to Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh despotique regime, on the 5th April 2021, without a due process. He did not appear in Court to decide on the legality of his extradition bypassing Ethiopia’s own legal process.
This is the second time, within a year that Abiy Ahmed government extradites an Asylum seeker without due process to the Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh dictatorship.  We, all, saw Lieutenant Fouad Youssouf Ali ( see the attached video of his detention condition ) appalling video detention condition in Gabode prison called cell 12, a one-by-one square meter toilet cell.
Monday 8th November 2021 Djibouti Criminal Court sentenced Lieutenant Fouad Ali Youssouf to 10 years imprisonments and 300,000 Djibouti francs fine.  The Court, also, awarded 2 million “reparation of the damages suffered by Ismail Omar Guelleh's dictatorship.”
Both men, Lieutenant Fouad Ali and Barkat Ali Oudoum, who were in good health, before their incarceration, have now a greatly deteriorated health through constant torture, ill-treatment and deprivation of adequate medical care.
